A : If you have to apply too much strength to open a refrigerator door, there is some issue for sure. It can be because of a sticky or dirty door gasket or seals causing it to stick too strongly. The simple solution for it is to clean the gasket. You are required to unplug your refrigerator and then, clean the contact surface and the gasket with warm water and mild soap. Rinse the surfaces with a soft cloth and the mixture carefully and then dry it completely before restarting your refrigerator.
A : Water in refrigerator defrost drain means either your refrigerator is defrosting or the atmosphere around is more humid than normal. Both of these are normal and the water will evaporate on its own eventually. In the case of a humid atmosphere, the water will take a little to evaporate, but it will.
